HASAMI is a brand of porcelain made in Nagasaki prefecture.
" Hasami" porcelain is a traditional craft industry in this region.

Hasami Village has been famous for manufacturing the Imari Porcelain for more than 400 years.

During the Edo period(17-19th century), luxurious porcelain tableware has been used by the high level aristocrats and samurais.
The manufacturers succeeded in making them in large quantity. That's how the people could eat with them.

The products of HASAMI exist so that we can use them every day with a personal attachment.

These mugs gives us a little nostalgic feeling because they are made under the concept of " Popular crockery in the Sixties at the American restaurants".
They are made in the region of Hasami in Nagasaki prefecture.
