Kokkaguro= Depth of Black and Splendour of Red
Dyeing black requires a particular technique (only an experienced and skilful craftsman can have the practice of this technique).
This technique 's established at the beginning of the 17th century in the Edo era, Kuromontsuki: for the black kimono, the vegetable dyeing " Binrouji" is used.
The tannin contained in the dyeing makes it possible to reinforce fabric so that sand does not pass through fabric, it is used like " protection".
The technique of dyeing of Kyoto is particularly high and is considered as a traditional craft art today.
It is an original fabric made out of cotton of Zimbabwe.
The pattern is a decoloration by a traditional technique not by the impression, which makes it possible to have a pleasant permeability and a comfortable touch.
